Try Hard Fitness welcomes individuals from all walks of life.

Try Hard Fitness was established in the loving memory of Richard D. Norman, the father of business owner and fitness coach Rachel Norman. He was an honorable veteran of the Vietnam War, a dedicated corrections officer for decades, and most importantly, a dearly-beloved hero.

The gym continues honoring the principles he fought for by learning to embody his strength, both physically and spiritually. Every day, employees and clients alike channel his core principles through kickboxing, body sculpting, and cardio classes. We aim to improve emotional and physical well-being through our various personal and group training classes, as well as medical-grade infrared saunas and spas.

Coach Rachel Norman carries on her father’s legacy, along with building her honorable brand, by offering unique programs for everyone. Anyone — whether you are someone who never thought themself capable of working out, a mother with a toddler to watch, or even a young child aiming to have some fun while getting fit — can find a place at Try Hard Fitness.

We welcome individuals from all walks of life, and encourage self-improvement. Being a small business, we pride ourselves in providing an equal yet unique experience for all clients, regardless of age, fitness level or disabilities. At Try Hard Fitness, we are all “Tenacious, Humble, and Fearless.”
