Gebhardt & Kiefer Law Offices announced that William J. Rudnik has assumed the role of managing partner for the firm. In this capacity, he oversees the firm’s day-to-day operations and guides the firm in achieving its strategic vision. He also continues to serve clients in the areas of family law and litigation in addition to his managing partner responsibilities.

Rudnik is a shareholder with Gebhardt & Kiefer and has been with the firm since 1997. He is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Matrimonial Law attorney. He is also qualified as a Mediator in the field of Family Law under the New Jersey Court rules, and he is trained in Collaborative Divorce. He has substantial experience in litigation involving family law, personal injury, workers compensation, general commercial matters and municipal court matters.
Rudnik received his Juris Doctor degree from Villanova University School of Law, and his undergraduatedegreefromtheUniversityofNotreDame.
He is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association Family Law Section, currently serves on the Family Law Section Executive Committee, and is a member of the Children’s Rights Subcommittee. He is also a member of the Hunterdon County Bar Association and is co-chair of the Family Practice Committee. He also previously served on the District XIII Fee Arbitration Committee and the District XIII Ethics Committee.
Rudnik has been named to the NJ Super Lawyers list* by Thomson Reuters every year since 2018, and has also been named to the “New Jersey’s Best Lawyers for Families” list* by NJ Family magazine.
