Hunterdon Hospice is pleased to announce new dates for its Youth Art Bereavement Program. The 10-week program is open to all children and teens (kindergarten through 12th grade) who have experienced the loss of a loved one. The Youth Art Bereavement Program will use art as a medium to explore and express grief.

All participants will be placed in age-appropriate peer groups to help foster friendship and support. The curriculum, tailored to each group’s specific developmental needs, will be facilitated by professional counselors and trained volunteers. While the children meet, parents/guardians will participate in their own group for education and support.

The upcoming session will meet on Wednesday evenings, Feb. 5 – April 9, from 6:30 to 7:45 p.m. at The Senior Center, 4 Gauntt Place, Building 1, Route 31 S, Flemington, N.J.
