“I knew the family who owned through mutual friends,” Moe said. “When the owners got ready to retire, my business partner and I saw an opportunity to continue a great tradition. We updated the interior decor of the dining room and added some creative new items to the menu. The response has been very positive.”

“Our Penne Vodka and Buffalo Chicken pizzas are also always in demand. If fact, our Vodka Sauce is so popular, customers often ask if they can buy a tray of just the sauce,” Moe added. “We’ve worked hard to step up everything we do here. We updated the kitchen, added new items to the menu and focused on presenting the best food with the highest quality ingredients. All of our beef is USDA prime.”

“This restaurant is a family place,” Moe said. “My partner is an NYC police officer and I have been a real estate broker in the area for years. We live on Staten Island with our families and we are in the restaurant almost every day. We both love meeting our guests and being part of this amazing community.”
