Brian W. Jones, president and CEO of The First National Bank of Elmer was recently selected as a leader among his peers in finance by a prominent regional publication.
With the bank since 2015, Jones provides leadership and direction for all bank-wide initiatives and programs. In March, Jones was elected to the Board of Trustees of the Emmanuel Cancer Foundation (ECF), a New Jersey nonprofit that provides free supportive services for families facing pediatric cancer. Jones is among 20 other members providing hands-on leadership and strategic direction for the organization.
Jones also is a member of the Executive Corporate Board of The Franklin Institute. The board’s mission is to bring corporate expertise in providing counsel on the institute’s mission, activities and goals and to create opportunities for and advise on best practices in communicating to and partnering with the corporate community.
Jones recently was selected by a panel of independent judges with experience in finance as a 2021 Leader in Finance by NJBIZ. Honorees were chosen for their contributions to the success of their companies, as well as their communities, by a committee of independent judges that are senior executives in the financial industry.
The awardees were recognized with a virtual ceremony on March 25.
