“We build, install and service inground and above ground pools of every type,” Zeas said. “I first talk to the owners about how many people are going to use the pool. A small family with two-children often thinks in terms of four people using the pool. However, in the course of conversation, I sometimes learn that the family likes to entertain. Once you factor in guests, the size and design of the pool can change.”
Zeas is a 20-plus year veteran of the swimming pool industry. He started as a laborer and then worked with his brother at a pool company for 14 years. In 2016, he opened Next Level Pools. Today, Zeas builds pools on Staten Island as well as in New Jersey and Brooklyn. He credits the success of his company to a hands-on approach, exemplary service and his ability to earn the trust of his customers.
“When a customer hires us to build and service their pool, they get my personal attention,” Zeas said. “I am at the job as much as possible, sometimes supervising and often doing the actual work of building the pool.
