Inroads to Opportunities, a Union County-based human services agency that provides programs and services to individuals with disabilities, hosted a Casino Night and Awards Presentation Ceremony Oct. 7 at Elks Lodge in Union to celebrate National Disabilities Employment Month.
The night was filled with pride, recognition and awards to those who have made a difference in the lives of people with disabilities, including for this trio, from left: Greater Westfield Area Chamber of Commerce CEO Gene Jannotti, who received the Champion of Change Award; U.S. Rep. Donald Payne Jr., D-10th District, and New Jersey State Ombudsman Paul Aronsohn, who both received the Making Inroads Award.
“Inroads to Opportunity is a great organization in the role that they play in supporting individuals with disabilities in Union County. I am very appreciative of this recognition,” Janotti said.
